The condo and location are absolutely gorgeous! The view is great and there is a walking path along the cliff. We got in very late and appreciated the supplies that were in the condo. There are also plenty of towels and supplies for the beach. I had a few questions and the response time was extremely fast. If we are fortunate enough to return we would love to stay here again! There was no mention of the required parking pass, which I only learned about after wandering the condo complex and asking others. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress at check-in.The TV situation has also been frustrating. The remote is outdated and barely functional, and I was unable to sign out of the previous guest’s Amazon Prime account—raising privacy concerns and preventing us from watching anything personalized for our family reunion. Something as simple as watching a meaningful movie together became a hassle.No information about the need for pool keys or other aspects of this setting.The unit is also very noisy. There was a domestic dispute downstairs during our stay, and the overall environment is far busier and louder than suggested in the listing.Make no mistake this is not a resort complex but an active community where people live, is very noisy in the early morning. To make matters worse, communication from both the owner and their listed contact has been weak at best—slow, unhelpful, and not particularly solution-oriented. For anyone expecting a seamless experience or attentive hosting, this property does not deliver.Would not recommend unless significant changes are made to the way the property is managed and communicated. ##### Alice D. Down side is we were not made aware that the lanai was not usable until we arrived and seen note on the door. At the time of the booking it was available. The hot tub at the complex was down also. After stopping for a weeks worth of food, to save money amd eat in. We ended up having to throw most of it out. As the refrigerator went out the following day. So cost more money to eat out. They did have a cooler, but no where close to get ice. The unit is up stairs which wasn't bad. Overall it was an okay unit. We would wake up at 3am to the sound of footsteps- and at 6am, etc. so there must be very little insulation between the floors. There are homes being built next door so you see construction debris. The unit was nicely furnished. The linens were nice and the beds comfortable. The very nice thing is the location to the walking path. It is right on the path with easy access. ##### Tom W. Location was close to waterfront trail to Hyatt Hotel and walk to Poipu Beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking pans, but didn't have any coffee filters or salt/pepper. There was plenty of paper products, but missing bath soap and laundry detergent. When walking with socks, the floor was noticeably dirty. Big selection of beach equipment and large towels. Large TV and easy to use remote. We would definitely book this unit again. ##### Nancy D. Fortunately the new manager was listed on one email and was very helpful. Beds were comfortable, and there was relatively new furniture, granite countertops, etc. but unit definitely showed its age and lack of thorough cleaning. Balcony railing was deemed unsafe and we were warned not to touch or lean on it by maintenance. Definitely showing its age. ##### Sandra W. We picked this property because of the location and the view shown in the pictures that accompany the listing. We were stoked when we walked in and saw the view. This location is close to grocery shopping in Koloa, food trucks, shave ice, Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s and a beginner surfing break called Learners located near the Sheraton property at Kiahuna Beach. The unit has ample air conditioning which we appreciated since we don’t have it at home. The kitchen has all the items we need. We love that there is a French press. We took advantage of the ice maker. The landscaping of the complex is beautiful. Additionally, it has easy access to a trail which you can take to Shipwreck beach then walk up a bluff for an amazing view. Jackie, our propriety manager, made sure we were squared away and had everything we needed. ##### Josh M. Séjour de 6 nuits en août 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Teresa W., Iowa 11 août 2022 #### Nice size and layout-needs some improvements I had read several reviews and responses, so assumed prior issues were resolved. I was wrong. The sliding doors still don't work well, and we only had one kitchen dish cloth/no kitchen towels. The place is very nice in pictures, and overall is a fine place to stay. However, it had only been surface cleaned in some time. The blow dryer, areas on and near the bed and other furniture had THICK dust. There is no way it had been cleaned in a very long time. In addition, there was dirty washcloths laying on the floor in the wash area between the washer and dryer. The hot tub wasn't working the entire stay, which I know was probably a temporary issue. However, the issues noted in previous comments haven't been resolved, so if you would rent, know the issues likely still exist. ##### Teresa W.
