This newly remodeled 4 bedroom/3-bath, 2-story house is nestled in a relaxing, family friendly resort neighborhood in walking distance to world famous beaches, restaurants, resorts and spas. With the sun shining through wall to wall windows, high-valuted ceilings, air-conditioning and televisions in every room, 2-hole putting green, a full kitchen, screened lanai, laundry room, brand new furniture/beds/linens/towels, and everything you need for the beach - paradise comes to you!

There is plenty of room for play and privacy, sharing delicious meals, movie nights, yoga, office work, lounging and however else you wish to spend your vacation. Detailed description of home and neighborhood:

Talk Story Room
-The first room you walk in is the heart of our home. This "talk-story" room has comfortable couches on a beautiful hardwood floor and is the perfect place for planning what beach or restaurant to go to next! This talk-story room opens into the media room, outdoor lanai, downstairs bedrooms, the dining room and a beautiful kitchen.

Kitchen
-Our full equipped kitchen has all of the amenities needed to prepare a delicious meal with all the tasty local fruits, veggies, fish and meats you found at the farmers market!

Media Room
-The media room boasts a 70" Samsung HD TV with a sound bar , and comfortable couches. Carpeted flooring is perfect for lounging and playing games.

Screened Lanai (Porch)
-The screened in back lanai is great for outdoor eating, reading a book, practicing yoga and lounging without any chance of mosquitos.

Backyard, BBQ and Putting Green
-Our lush backyard also has outdoor seating, a BBQ, botanical garden and a 2-hole putting green to practice your golfing. The yard is fenced in and safe for children to play.

Bedrooms and Office
***All bedrooms have televisions, beds, furniture and linens!!!

-Every morning is a blessing when you wake up in the primary bedroom overlooking the beautiful scenery gazing over historic sugar cane fields, Kauai's oldest volcanic craters and the majestic Haupu and Wai'aleale mountains. This private upstairs space is your sanctuary. It will be easy to melt away stress in the Thermasol steam shower and six-foot soaking bath tub and so nice to have 2 closets (1 walk-in)! Need an extra room for an office, with desks, luggage, meditation, or room for a baby? No problem, there is an additional room right down the hall.

-Downstairs you can choose from three bedrooms, all newly decorated with new beds king/king/queen/2 twins, ceiling fans, and televisions. The Mahina Meli Room has a private full bathroom and a private entrance (this is not a separate rental) with an outdoor shower.

Sunny Po'ipu is your spot when the rest of the island is raining!

-Interested in sipping on a mai tai right on the beach? In 10 minutes you'll meander onto the stunning grounds of The Grand Hyatt, where you can get a day pass to the beautiful Anara Spa, eat at delicious restaurants or attend a luau! 10 Minutes the other directions you can enjoy many fabulous restaurants on the Po'ipu beach shore.

Hiking
-Need to walk off that luau? Walk past the Hyatt and your at the trailhead of the beautiful ocean cliffs trail to Maha'ulepu beach. Watch the whales breach, pass sacred Hawaiian sites and visit the Makauwahi Cave, the most pristine archaeological site in all of Hawai'i.

Shopping
-A 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive/bike will get you to fantastic shopping in the Poipu Shopping Village and Kukuiula Shopping Village. Free hula shows, farmers markets, live music, fabulous restaurants, souvenirs and a place to buy an aloha shirt and Hawaiian mu'u mu'u (traditional dress)... what more could you want?
