Potential for Noise - We wish to inform you about the current situation we presently find ourselves in.
Our next door neighbours have cleared the land and are planning on building a house. We learned they have received a building permit and started works onsite (8am - 5pm daily).
We therefore need to inform all our future guests of the potential for noise.
This beautiful beach house offers a rare opportunity to stay in a little piece of paradise situated right on the white sands of Bang Por Beach, in the more secluded North Eastern coast of Koh Samui.
The two bedroom luxury residence is light and airy and its beach-front location benefits from the cooling sea breezes off the Gulf of Thailand. It's tropical gardens are are full of exotic plants and the lovely birds they attract.
The house offers a happy fusion of Thai style and European comfort. The living room has vaulted ceilings for coolness and provides a comfortable retreat for watching television and videos in the evening. Smart TV, video recorder, WiFi and internet are provided. The bedrooms offer cool, crisp comfort for tropical nights with a choice of fans and air-conditioners available.
Doors along the front of the house glide away to link the living areas with the large terrace. From here you can sip evening cocktails while watching Samui's amazing sunsets, and gaze out over the water to the outlying islands.
This can be followed by candle-lit dinner on the terrace, or a stroll along the beach to one of the first class restaurant's nearby. Our staff can also provide catering or a fun beach BBQ.
Bang Por is a quiet and uncommercialised beach, Fishermans Village, Chaweng and Santiburi Golf Club are 15, 30 and 10 minutes drive from the house.

(The perfect) Location, location, location!
We recently spent a month at this beach house, which was an absolutely fantastic experience. The house was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, with the beach as your backdrop. The porch views from the house were breathtaking, with the soothing sound of the ocean at your fingertips.
We were grateful for the friendly and helpful hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible, providing us with recommendations for local activities and helping book babysitters, car rentals, and laundry services.
The trip's highlight was the outdoor deck which was a great spot to sit and relax in the evenings after a day of exploring the island. Bang Por beach is beautiful and quiet. After researching many of the island's spots, we found it to be the perfect landing pad with the ideal balance of offerings and a gorgeous beach - feels very private. We were within walking distance of some great restaurants and resorts when we wanted to stay in our area.
Overall, we recommend this beach house. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and we can't wait to return.

Dream location for a relaxing stay
Great location if you are looking to escape the world and have a relaxing holiday on the beach. The house is as hoped from the website photographs. Cleans airy simply furnished with a great outlook on to the Ocean.
We stayed 21 days and could have easliy stayed another month. We hired a small car, bought our own groceries from a well stocked supermarket about 15 mins drive away. Also great local daily market on the same route where we bought fresh fruit and vegetables for a fraction of the price in the supermarket..
Severals small bars and resteraunts along the beach where one could eat if they preferred not to cook. Very quite and relaxing at nights, We went for a recharge of the batteries and this was and ideal location.

lovely house on the beach
We spent a lovely week in this house. As described and right on the beach which was really quiet, perfect spot for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. Jay was very helpful with booking taxi's etc. The trees in this photo are now fully grown, but provide a welcome shade from the sun.

Top location and great beach
Our family has enjoyed the 3 weeks in Dec. 15 / Jan. 16 very much. Nice villa with all necessary facilities. Among others also safe for valuables, satelite TV, plenty of books in different languages and Wifi. Beach directly starts when leaving the garden and the 4 km sand beach is not at all crowded. We have appreciated very much that the cosy beach restaurant Jun Hom Seafood was only 20 m walk on the beach away from the villa which was utmost convenient for bringing the kids to bed in the evening. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby. Jay, the caretaker and her husband have been extremely supportive during our stay with booking trips, rental car (much cheaper than via Internet) etc. Shop for products and ATM in walking distance. All in all - we would always return and can highly recommend the villa. Even the rental price was decent during peak season.

Tolles Haus!!! Sehr viel Ruhe....
Wir waren mit Freunden im Haus und haben jeden Tag den Ausblick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und Jay beantwortet alle Fragen sofort. Wir haben über Jay einen Roller gemietet, den wir vor das Haus gestellt bekommen haben und der dort auch wieder abgeholt worden ist.
Dieses Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will! Das einzig laute sind die Wellen, von denen man morgens langsam geweckt wird.
Zum Essen gehen können wir das Aroy and Lecker auf der anderen Straßenseite sehr empfehlen. Lecker für kleines Geld. Und ein Supermarkt ist auch in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Um es kurz zu machen... einfach sehr empfehlenswert
