Tocen Goshoboh has been an amazing place to stay. We especially appreciated how uniquely (historical) technological elements are thoughtfully blended with the traditional Japanese atmosphere. The onsen was truly special, and the staff—particularly our nakai-san—were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic ryokan culture.

What a wonderful stay. We hiked in from the Kobe area and the staff were so accommodating in helping us get from the top of Mt. Rokko to Arima. It was the exact pampering we needed after a long hard hike
