Staff were helpful and explained everything about the rooms in the ryokan including how to use their jacuzzi shower. you can choose a pillow to suit you and they will deliver to the room. Transport pick up and drop off were also very fast and efficient. Dinner was fabulous! We always feel home at this ryokan by the friendly, polite and professional staff. Our favorite room with our own private onsen is just amazing and has all the amenities we need for our short stays. To really enjoy the town, the onsen water and this ryokan, highly suggest to stay at least two days to enjoy different kind of breakfasts and dinners served.
