« Deuxième séjour dans cet hébergement. Malheureusement le séjour était moins bien que la première fois, vaisselle incomplète, pas assez de coussins et serviettes pour toute la famille. Nous avons signalé à l’hôte qui devait passer le lendemain. Nous l’attendons encore… Peu de consommables pour la durée du séjour Le ménage est très superficiel. Pas de passage durant le séjour et rien pour nettoyer sur place. L’hébergement mériterait quelques réparations mais tout est laissé avec des défauts (...

« Noch nie, aber gar nie wurde ich so freundlich empfangen! Da fühlt man sich als Gast so sehr willkommen, dass man kaum mehr gehen möchte. :) Wir haben tatsächlich spontan verlängert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Zimmer waren sauber, das Badezimmer, speziell die Dusche sehr grosszügig und parkieren konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus. Auch das Frühstück war wunderbar und frisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier nächtigen. »

« Ich habe alles so vorgefunden, wie im Angebot beschrieben.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, total gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht.Ich war erstaunt bzgl. des Angebotes ( Softdrinks, Tees, Gewürze, Toilettenartikel, Süsswaren).Einkäufe der Lebensmittel lassen sich fussläufig erledigen.mein Urlaub sollte ein Erholungsurlaub sein, deshalb möchte ich besonders das super bequeme Bett hervorheben. Ich habe die Stunden darin sehr genossen. »

"Pensant profiter d'une nuit dans un bel environnement, cela a vite tourné au cauchemar et cet établissement n'est adapté ni aux réservations de dernière minute ni en basse saison. Ayant réservé en dernière minute via une plate-forme tiers, il a été impossible de joindre un membre de l'équipe tant par le téléphone, par whatsapp que par la messagerie du voyagiste... Arrivé sur place, pas de réception ouverte en basse saison... aucune indication pour la chambre... avec difficulté (et ayant réalisé le check-in en ligne), quelqu'un finit par nous téléphoner (après plus de 30 minutes sur place pour trouver une solution). L'employé qui vient ouvrir ne parlant que allemand, heureusement que les téléphones ont des applications de traduction. Le petit-déjeuner est basique mais correct. Après toutes ces déceptions, nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un mail nous demandant de payer une facture... d'une chambre déjà payée... au final, un manque total de professionnalisme... dommage..."

"Les + : petit déjeuner excellent et service extra. La serveuse s'occupait de toute la salle avec efficacité et le sourire. Les - : Chambre spacieuse, mais couleur un peu terne. Un petit coup de peinture et cela changerait tout à l'allure de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas eu la vue sur les belles montagnes suisses en face malheureusement comme on le pensait. De plus, notre chambre n'était pas prête pour 4 personnes, nous avons du aller demander des draps pour les enfants (pas de reception, nous avons demandé à la serveuse du restaurant). L'hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs du bourg. Places de parking disponibles en extérieur. Check-in sur une machine a l'arrivée. "
