"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

"We stayed in Riffler Lodge over Christmas week 2019 and it was a great choice. Pictures depict it accurately, it is a very specious, clean and new property with all possible amenities you might need. Our family loves sauna and we used it almost every day - it was such a luxury to have in our chalet! "Wir haben als Familie (von Kleinkind bis Großeltern) 4 sehr schöne Tage in der Hirschberghütte verbracht. Die Hütte lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist toll und hochwertig ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Da wir großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir auch den Grill und die Terasse mit Sitzmöbeln nutzen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett."

"Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt im sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, auch mal zum Zurückziehen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir in dieser Zeit brauchten und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne mal wieder einige Urlaubstage dort verbringen. "We have spent a week for a great vacation. Thomas was nice and available to answer our questions , the flat was clean with a wonderful look at the mountains. We were pleased to be the guests of Thomas for a week. Travelling from France to Austria was worthwhile."

"Ja, es ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn die Raumhöhe teilweise nur 1,90 m beträgt und mann sich auchmal bücken muss. Aber das tat der Freude und Entspannung keinen Abruch. Einmalig die Bergwelt und ihr Panorama. Zu empfehlen ist ein Spaziergang zum Rellseck für einen Sonnenaufgang. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und HIlfsbereitschaft von Tanja, das war einfach klasse. Detlef"

"Interesting experience; the check-in process was completely automated and handled in a smooth and user-friendly way. The room was clean, though basic, and the view of the city was unmatched. We had a great vista of the castle perched on the hilltop above. Breakfast was very good also. "
