- Just 3 miles from the wright memorial bridge with an easy 1/4 mile walk to the beach in Chicahauk Southern shores, close to grocery stores, restaurants, bike trails, turtle pond, playground, tennis court, boat ramp.
Charming split level house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub. Eat in kitchen with all everything you need to cook in, large screened porch and deck off the kitchen and living room which are upstairs. The deck and porch overlook a natural wooded backyard the deer love to roam in. 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with tub on the second floor along with washer and dryer. 2bedrooms and full bathroom deck and wheelchair ramp on the first floor.
Deck on the first floor has a box with chairs and an umbrella for the beach.There’s a wagon to pull everything to the beach.Hose in front of the garage for rinsing sandy feet and around back is an outside shower with hot and cold water.
Dogs are welcome, please no cats, the owner is allergic!
Plenty of games for rainy days!
