So many of the reviews said this house was close to the ocean, clean, and comfortable and they are all right! This house was perfect for us, our three adult sons, and two daughter-in-laws!! We came here from NJ, Oregon, and Washington for a much needed family get together. Plenty of space for us all to hang out together along with also having privacy when we wanted. My husband and I took the master bedroom on the 3rd floor (with the amazingly big bathroom) and everyone else had the 2nd floor for their rooms. We enjoyed everything this house had to offer and it had a lot! Basketball net, pool with plenty of lounge chairs and floats, pool table, ping pong table, surf boards, hot tub, beautiful views from the decks, and so much more. The labels on the kitchen cabinets and the beach carriers to put our chairs in were so helpful. Everything was clean and decorated in a way that made us feel right at home. Loved the location and the home overall. Lots to do recreationally from the pool, hot tub, bikes, corn hole and pool and ping pong tables. We used them all. My issues came with the Mgt Company as I had to call them twice during my one week stay. The first issue was not a big deal and they addressed it the following day. Later in the week I had to call again regarding a strong odor coming from one of the bedrooms. 24 hours later I called again because no one responded. They ended up coming late afternoon the second day and found a leak and turned off the water in the kitchen. They informed us they would come the following day (Saturday) to repair. I found this not acceptable as we had to be out that morning by 10 and of course they were expecting the place to be cleaned as we exited.
