Modern top floor flat with fantastic views
The Apartment Teresa II is quietly located on the Kirchanger, right on the edge of the forest and with an amazing view of Kirchberg and the Kitzbüheler Horn. It is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house under the roof/attic (attention: sloping roof). The flat has 65m² with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower (height approx. 1.70 due to the sloping roof), bathtub and WC, extra WC, kitchen with dining area, living room and a balcony.
There is a car park directly in front of the house.
The flat is directly adjacent to the ski school's practice lift. The Gaisberg can also be reached directly from the flat, as can the toboggan run and night skiing or night tobogganing.
Snow chains are recommended in heavy snowfall!
Numerous hiking trails can be reached directly from the flat. The Lisi-Osl-Track is also right next to the flat.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Beschreibungen und Bilder der Ferienwohnung entsprechen dem, was wir angetroffen haben. Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt, nah am Ort für Einkäufe etc., aber ruhig gelegen mit fantastischer Aussicht. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist überdurchschnittlich und zudem ist sie sehr gemütlich. Einziges Manko: die Dachschrägen im hinteren Teil der FeWo haben für so einge Beulen gesorgt :(Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!
