« Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable dans ce cadre verdoyant et calme, parfait pour se ressourcer et se retrouver en famille. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la discrétion et la convivialité des propriétaires et de l’équipe sur place. Mention spéciale à Russell, qui s’est occupé du ménage avec soin, ainsi qu’à Papa MBenza pour sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité. « There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made. »

"Mon séjour à Kertel Suites a été absolument parfait ! L’hôtel est impeccable ✨, très propre, et le personnel incroyablement accueillant et sympathique 😃. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable, généreux et de très grande qualité, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée . La piscine était très agréable, tranquille et propre, parfaite pour se détendre. Le spa, le hammam, le sauna et la salle de massage étaient excellents, très relaxants et bien entretenus. La salle de sport était top, avec un coach très agréable et à l’écoute, qui rend l’expérience encore plus motivante . Le restaurant de l’hôtel était magnifique, avec une cuisine de très grande qualité, j’ai vraiment bien mangé et apprécié chaque repas . Un autre point fort : le room service est disponible très tard , ce qui est vraiment pratique et agréable. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi et je reviendrai à coup sûr lors de mon prochain passage à Kinshasa ! 😀 "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Rotana en famille avec mon mari et notre fils. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel, toujours souriant, professionnel et à l’écoute. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, très bien entretenue et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité du service en chambre ainsi que les diverses attentions à l’égard de notre enfant. Le cadre de l’hôtel est à la fois élégant et reposant, idéal pour se détendre. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage. Merci à toute l’équipe du Rotana pour ce séjour inoubliable !"
