The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The closeness to the CDA trail and the river is a bonus. Definitely on the list of places to stay again.
This is a great property in a beautiful location. Right by the river and only a 10-minute drive to the gondola at Silver Mountain. Great escape for skiing, fishing, or both.
This place was even better than we expected. It is fully stocked with any amenities you can think of, and the host was fantastic. They gave extremely clear directions and the cabin is gorgeous. The river is close by, the trees are lush and dense, and the hot tub was such a nice perk. We hope to stay again soon!
Loved our trip! Cabin was clean, roomy, and beautiful. Wood stove made for some nice cozy nights, and the property was fun to explore and secluded for a private mountain getaway feel. Hosts were communicative and made sure our trip was smooth and easy. Can’t wait to come back again in the summer!
We had a fantastic stay at the cabin. It worked perfectly for our family vacation. Great for being secluded in nature while still being close to all the fun stuff in the silver valley and CDA. Lots of wildlife around to enjoy. Vlose to bike trail and river. We would love to stay again in the future!
Very private location. The basketball hoop was a big hit. Every night we had a fire and made S'mores. There is a little walk to the river where you can put in a kayak or canoe and there is also a swing set and another fire pit.
Lovely place.

Comfortable EVERYTHING...beds, couches, hot tub, and kitchen well stocked ! Everything was easy to get to, find, etc. Very relaxing and homey. We saw moose and deer in the front "yard" and could hear woodpeckers. Directions/Instructions in book were accurate. Sightseeing info was a plus! Contact were quick to respond.
Had a fantastic week stay at the cabin. The setting was exactly what we needed for both our biking activities and two pups. This was our first road trip with them and have to say the location made it easy. Huge bonus was its quick, easy access to the CDA Trail. The mowed path to the river and “playground “ area was great for walks and fetch. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and well equipped. We’ll be back!
Spent a weekend here with my two best friends for a girls weekend, and we had such a wonderful time! The cabin is beautiful and huge! We took full advantage of the wood fire stove, and they supply you with more wood than you can imagine! Lovely hosts who are very kind! I left a pair of shoes there and they are kind enough to ship them back to me! We spent some time exploring the property and had the best weekend! Would definitely come back!
This was a great place to stay. I felt the description was accurate. Property owners were responsive. It was quiet, secluded, very cozy log cabin, and exactly what we were looking for. Note this is not located somewhere we felt we could just pop out to a store or to dinner. We’d venture out once per day and once returned we were back for good (it’s a bit if an ordeal getting there). You may feel the same so pack accordingly.
This cabin is a work of art and smartly designed. It has the character and charm of a one-of-a-kind dwelling and feels spacious and intuitive for a truly comfortable stay. The full kitchen is excellent and clean with everything we needed for ourselves and our small dog. We *loved* the hot tub under the stars and everything feels perfectly private. Being steps from the CDA bike trail made it feel like a custom-made retreat and it was easy to go for several walks every day; my husband brought his bike and loved it. We also walked to the Snake Pit a few times for hearty mealshearty food and everyneeded.
Of the 3 wonderful VRBO stays we had on this recent trip, this rustic cabin was our favorite. We loved having our coffee out on the huge deck and enjoyed the views from there! Also, nice to be so close to the river and the bike trail!
Great location for our bicycling adventure. We did the Hiawatha Trail upon arriving at the cabin. The Trail of the Coeur 'd Alenes was right close by for three more days of biking. Eight senior adults had a great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay this cabin. So relaxing & peaceful. The location is great, we floated the river twice. And did the Hiawatha Bike Trail. The hot tub was great after our day out & perfect in morning air. Thanks again for the great stay!
Our stay was fantastic. We had a great time; the cabin was just what we needed for our family to enjoy the Kingston area. It was fun to see the moose, turkeys, and deer wander through the property. It was safe, clean, and easy to find with the added instructions provided by our host. We would stay here again and recommend this cabin to our friends.
The property manager was amazing. Very responsive and have lots of information! The location was perfect, remote/secluded, beautiful scenery, close to the river and trail. We had the best time. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
Property was amazing exactly what we expected. Very cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The property manager. Jayme is amazing to work with. The directions were spot on, we found our way first try. Especially for showing up as late as we did into the night.
We loved our stay at this cozy but spacious cabin. We enjoyed the isolation, but we would have enjoyed a TV downstairs. The surroundings were green and pretty. The river was close, but not within sight. No good cell phone signals, but we still loved staying here.
