Just blocks from eateries and bars and walking distance to Sander Beach, a less crowded public access beach. Excellent setting and private back yard oasis, BBQ area. It is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in CDA. We lived in North Idaho, so we are very familiar with the area. The house itself is darling and is decorated nicely. Comfortable living space and kitchen with great selection of coffee!Although the rental had a washer and dryer on site, they were down in the basement accessed by very steep stairs with no hand railing.
