This is a run down apartment in a good neighborhood. I was offered the 5 floor with broken elevator and refused. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The furniture was broken. The place was small and even though I was charged a cleaning fee the place had dirty dishes, frayed discolored towels , no dish cloth, and no one came to tidy up at any point. I had a half used roll of toilet paper and had to beg for clean towels and another roll and soap. The owner only cares about collecting money . She tried to charge me $130 Jamaican dollars for one US dollar when even the bank was selling at $123\. There is no hot water and hardly anywhere to plug in the appliance except the bathroom counter.The bed is a hard coil mattress and the sheet is so thin you could see through it.
