It is literally steps from the ocean and a great beach bar/restaurant. It's also very conveniently located close to the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach. It's just a short drive or Uber. The only downside of this hotel is that the rooms are on the smaller side. The bathroom and shower were quite small, and the balcony barely had enough room for two small chairs. But, we didn't spend much time in the room so that was not an issue. Friendly staff. Free bottled water and snacks. Morning breakfast was pretty standard. The only reason I would give this hotel a 1 star is because of the hotel attendant being kind."
