There was an issue with our booked room so we were not in the room noted above, but our room was just what we needed. The location is central to Kings Beach locations, but feels secluded due to the private beach and dock. Having a pool and games was a plus. I will say this is not a new, shiny facility and what you are paying for is location, view, and comfort, not high end, ritzy. A couple tips - bring beach chairs. While there are some chairs on the beach (5), they go quick. If you’re able, bringing your own paddleboards/kayaks/floats are also recommended. Also, there are no toiletries, so make sure to pack those.
