Asked owner not once or twice but three times if heated pool and sauna were open during my stay there. Yes was the answer and when I arrived it was indeed closed. Wanted to soak in tub or jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. However both tubs are old plastic tubs that are cracked and leaking. Vacasa did refund 50% of my money however this the second time in a row that a Vrbo rental had false advertising! Not sure why Vrbo always the property management companies to advertise without doing a proper inpesction of said rentals. ##### Charles O. I stayed here for a long weekend last year, and it was great. This year, the condo wasn't cleaned before we got there. There were no clean towels, the people that stayed in the place before left it a mess. Calling Vacasa was a nightmare. They had issues with the llocal management company. It took over 3 hours to get someone to clean, no one was able to tell me what was going on, and one person , John tried to tell me it's my fault they couldn't relocate us because we have dogs. The kitchen floor was broken and smelled like urine. I think they knocked off the cleaning fee, but said they can't do anything else. Horrible local management company.
