The hotel, staff, room, and location were all great. There was also plenty of easy parking. I stayed in both the main hotel and the nearby townhouse building. I had a great experience at both.

Easy to find from train or bus station, 35 min walk from Ross Castle and Kilarney National Park, 10 min walk into town for shops, food, and gifts. Overall an incredibly pleasant stay. The bed was so comfy and I had no trouble falling asleep (but some trouble getting up since I didn't want to leave!). Staff was helpful, breakfast buffet and service was delicious and varied. The hotel can be a bit of a maze so be patient while you find your way. AC unit in room. Will recommend!

Great hotel located right near the downtown area (5 min walk). Rooms were nice and breakfast was great! They have free bikes to use and we rode them 1 day Into Killarney national park which was so much fun!

Hotel is walkable to dining, shopping as well as train & bus stations. We didn’t have a car. Hotel has a few bicycles for use. We rode to Ross Castle and the Natl Park adjacent. Staff at hotel is excellent. Very helpful and courteous. They even went outside to help with the bikes. Definitely an upscale feel to hotel and we were treated nicely even though we’re more common. Room was clean, quiet and roomy. No AC but was fine with windows open in late August. Only negative we had was the tub which was slippery and the rain shower head which was at about six feet. Hard for my wife and I to shower. No wand available. Would stay again.

The room was exceptionally clean and the amenities we really use the toiletry is the shower is awesome the garden area where you can sit in how your drinks and lunch and dinner is pretty good the day was very warm and few drinks definitely helped us relax Plus a cold shower. It's based in the heart of the city centre so everything is a few minutes away we had a stroll into the city center and loved it we would definitely go back if we get a chance.
