On the second night a friend asked could he stay in the room as there was a spare bed and I said fine. At 2:30am in the morning some thug in a tracksuit knocked on the door while we were asleep and told my friend to get out. I said it’s 2:30am, we’re asleep and it’s raining outside, so no. If there is an issue it can be resolved in the morning and said would pay any difference in price if it’s a serious issue. He said no and essentially threatened us until my friend left. Absolutely ridiculous and would not listen to reason and was threatening. And even after my friend was kicked out I could hear other people upstairs getting sick.
