### Welcome to Sea Perch, a cozy beach box with a large hot tub!

Nestled directly between the ocean and the sound, Sea Perch welcomes you for a cozy, laid back stay on the Outer Banks! Located in the quiet Avalon Beach neighborhood in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Sea Perch is a 2 minute drive to the beach and quick drive to shopping and grocery stores. Our comfortable cottage has been updated to meet the needs of our guests and includes a fully operational HOT TUB!  
  
Guest access  
Sea Perch is geographically centered between the ocean and the sound. At the East end of our road is a walkway to a light and crosswalk for an easy stroll to beach accesses and Avalon Fishing Pier. Just down the road to our West is Bay Drive, one of the most scenic streets on the Outer Banks with a quiet pedestrian path and gazebos - absolutely beautiful for sunset strolls. There is also a boat ramp (about a two minute drive) and sound access in our neighborhood for boating, kayaking or SUPing. Our large outdoor shower has both hot and cold water for a refreshing rinse afterward!  
  
Other things to note  
Our open floor plan is a great communal space perfect for mellow nights in with wine and board games. This is, however, NOT a good match for people looking to party so if that's your intention we ask that you rent elsewhere. The Smart TV in the living room does not have cable but is equipped with Netflix and YouTube for your use. The downstairs bed and bath were additions and each have their own private, covered entrances from outside - there is no interior passage to the main living space from these rooms but a great space for privacy from the rest of the home as well as your own bathroom. See photos for a more accurate depiction!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Sea Perch! Just a short bike ride or walk to the beach to catch the sunrise and a great big hot tub to relax in. The home was well kept, clean, and just the cozy spot we needed at night.
