Centrally located beach box in the OBX on the Westside of Kill Devil Hills! One mile to beach and half a mile to the Sound (similar to a Bay) and a paved path that leads you to the Wright Brothers Memorial or into Kitty Hawk depending on what direction you go! Easy access to many restaurants, groceries, and many free beach accesses to choose from! Simple inside layout and a large outdoor area to enjoy an evening by the fire. The space Go up one flight of stairs to front porch. As you enter the home you arrive in the living room - continue around to the left and you access the open kitchen/dining, washer and dryer, half bath and then a back door that leads onto the back porch with propane grill! If you bare right as you enter the home this will lead you to the full bath, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have smart TVs! Lots of space under the home to provide you shade to retreat to and an outdoor shower! Guest access Everything on the property is for your enjoyment with the exception of owners closets and shed in the back yard! Other things to note Beach towels included! Surveillance is at front door via Ring.
