The entire process was easy. Communication by the owner was great from start to finish. The property was well maintained and looked like the pictures on-line. The location was close to the beach and we were able to see from the deck and bedroom. The pool was clean and very nice to have for the end of the day visiting the beach. We did not use the hot-tub but saw that it was clean and well maintained.
