The location of this cute oceanfront condo can't be beat: located on 1st level with spectacular ocean views, this end unit also offers a huge, furnished screened porch for dining or just relaxing to the sound of the ocean. The Wright Place has an open living/dining/kitchen area with bright and colorful ocean themed décor. The freshly painted (2025) living area is equipped with a Smart TV w/cable, wet bar, and a desk that is suitable for remote workers. The kitchen/dining area offers a table that seats 6, a breakfast bar that seats 4, along with a microwave and dishwasher. This condo has 3 bedrooms (1 with a King has ocean views, a Smart TV, and private bath with whirlpool tub and shower; 1 with a Queen; 1 with a Daybed and Trundle, with Smart TV), full hall bath (with tub and shower). Enjoy every morning watching the sunrise over the ocean on the balcony right off the living room.
