BeachFront S Kihei Rd~Royal Mauian

  • Enjoy amazing panoramic views of the ocean/outer islands from this 5th floor beachfront condominium that is breathtakingly peaceful and serene. This unit offers year-round sunsets and is fully furnished with a completely equipped kitchen, king size bed, quality air mattress, and is ready for leisure occupancy by our fortunate vacation rental guests. The Royal Mauian is centrally located between two of Maui’s top beaches, Kamaole 1 and Kamaole 2 and is highly regarded for its premium location.

    *Please note this unit does not have wall A/C but does have a portable air conditioner set up in the living room. This unit is nearly half the cost of the remodeled unit next door, while enjoying the same spectacular sunsets, watching whales (in season), and listening to the sound of waves rolling in at this prime location resort. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to having you stay with us!
