"This is an older property but has been very well maintained. It is located in a quiet section of Prescott and the surrounding area is very pretty. We were pleasantly surprised and we would stay here again. There is a restaurant/bar located right across the street as well with great food, beverages and atmosphere. The young lady at the front desk was also very helpful and welcoming."
"We stay at the St Michael every time we are visiting Prescott. We love the location, the staff, the comfortable clean rooms and the Ford & Sword Speakeasy. Price is always resonable."
"Excellent 99 year old historic hotel with a friendly staff. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel’s Peacock restaurant & returned for a perfectly prepared breakfast. The room was spacious with 2 televisions, desk, table with 2 chairs, leather couch in the sunroom & a very comfortable bed. Definitely 5 stars."
"Parking was a little difficult, out front you could be ticketed or towed. They recommend you to park around the back in a dirt lot (this is the parking lot) didn't feel like a very secure location even with cameras. Room was clean, Wi-Fi was very slow so streaming shows wasn't perfect. Very rustic if that is what you are looking for. AC was only blowing room temp 1st night but was working 2nd night so I opened window but I had to be careful, looked like original wood....very rustic :)
Staff were wonderful!"
"My wife, Pam, my puppy, Gracie, and I came to Matthew's and Sunny's 1st floor apartment in Prescott, AZ on April 28th for a 3-day, 2-night stay. Upon arrival at their address, negotiating their steep driveway was a slow and steady challenge, but absolutely necessary to get to view the beautiful, mountain scenery around their home. The stay at the apartment was pet-friendly, and everything within the kitchen was provided (fridge, stove, coffeemaker, microwave oven, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, etc.). All you need is the food you'll need for your stay. Sunny even provided us with delicious, gluten-free, homemade chocolate chip cookies, and treats for our puppy. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TV was provided (loved the Leave It To Beaver channel!), as was the main, queen bed (very comfy!) and the pullout, full loveseat/bed. A separate desk and wifi, also. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower, toilet, and sink worked to perfection, again, with everything needed for you stay. Most importantly, our hosts very kind, gracious and helpful with our needs...and you couldn't find a better place to plant yourself in your visit to Prescott."
