"The location is the only downside for this hotel - it is away from the central city, on the road to Tbilisi. Quite a few locals were staying - maybe they were driving. I was caught in the rain: I turned up looking like a drowned rat and the fellow on reception couldn't have been kinder. He wanted to carry my backpack but it was easier for me to do so: he took me to my room, got the heater working, found a hairdryer and showed me where everything was. "Everything was clean the restaurant had a nice breakfast selection and it was very close to the center the only issue was that sometimes the bathroom had a weird smell. The receptionists were so helpful even beyond we were experiencing a problem and it was 2 in the moring and we didnt kmow what to do but the guy in the reception was great"
