People who can to resolve this issue tried but did not ever get the tv in the bedroom to work and the living room tv was only partially functional. Out stay was a full 7 days and we were given 2 bath towels that we also needed to use for the hot tub. When we called for more or to exchange we were told there would be a 4 per towel change and a delivery fee. Very rediculas. Still hoping for some sort of refund for these issues ##### Kris R. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful on a night where they, undoubtedly, had to deal with a number of flustered customers dealing with the same conditions. The staff had also stayed later than their normal office close to accommodate the late arrivals. The property was as advertised with an excellent hot tub and heated pool (Both a big hit with my 10-year-old son!). The interior of the condo was very cozy with a great mountain vibe and was very well-kept. We would most certainly come back! ##### Jeff B.
