The open floorplan was great for our large group to socialize and keep an eye on all the kids. We had a fantastic time playing in the yard and the beds were comfortable. Check in and out process was easy and the location was great for activities and access to food. There are two large decks to enjoy but only two plastic chairs and a couple of weathered wire chairs to sit on. Upgrading that outdoor space would definitely give this a 5 star rating. We could not find any mold or mildew present but in the stairs it was very strong. Thinking there might be an issue behind the kitchen sink. Also, the hot water heater went out on Friday night and was out Saturday. There was plenty of space to spread out, the house was well-equipped, and everything was clean. Even though there were other homes around, it was a very quiet and private setting. Keystone was a great central location for hiking in SIlverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. There were several hikes within walking distance of our property and our children found several challenging rock climbing options. The house is advertised as having a sauna - it does have one, but we could not get that to work. However, we would definitely consider renting again. ##### Debbie S.
