River Run Condo with Spacial Balcony overlooking Ice Rink & Mountain Views!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with partial slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has a mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a DVD player. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and overlooks Dercum Square that has an ice rink during the winter and a miniature golf course during the summer. To the south are partial slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you need to cook a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted television.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

pleasantly surprised. went in with hotel room thoughts, but was more of a BnB with appliances and extras. was clean and convenient. Also did realize it included heated garage parking. Will stay again.

Great central spot in Keystone

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfectly located and really great value for money. The building itself and the condo needs a few touch ups, so not a pristine place but plenty fine for a family of four and it’s hard to beat the location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location with One Issue

This place was in an excellent location right off the mountain. Only reason I docked 1 star is because the bed was as hard as a rock. Needless to say I was not very well rested during my trip. Other than that great amenities, great price, great location, and clean.

Great location but a little disappointed

The place in general was ok but many of the shops, restaurants, and the gondola were closed. The bed was not comfortable and several amenities were not available like a BBQ grill, the hot tub was broken, and we had no internet or television for several of the days we were there. I liked the location being close to several interesting places to visit for day trips

Great stay and location

Our stay was great. The check-in process was easy and the listing was true online as it was in person. The ONLY complaint is that the beds are so uncomfortable. After skiing and snowboarding all day, it would be nice to recoup on a comfortable mattress. Other than that, we were happy with the stay!

The couch and arm chair need to be replaced. Both are very uncomfortable, worn out. The cooking utensils should be reviewed and replace items that are missing or worn out.

Garage parking a big plus. The unit is located across the from the ice skating rink, and the Keystone village. Unit was as described. I agree with other guests, the place could use a couch, chair, and blinds upgrade. Just a bit uncomfortable for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

The Condo was clean and inviting until you went to sit down. The Chair armrests are caved in and in disrepair, the couch was equally uncomfortable to sit in. The bed was a cheap bed that you can feel the springs in. Condo is great, furniture not so much.

Fall getaway

Good location for quick access to River Run base area without the noise the "courtyard" properties can have. Unit itself was perfect for two; probably would have been fine with a couple small children. Kitchen was well equipped. Supplies (soap, toilet paper, tissues, towels etc) were as expected. Only complaints were the condition of LR chair and sofa/hideabed which are more dilapidated than what you might find at the curb of a frat house on trash day and that the building owners decided to replace the deck three days before our arrival thus closing off to the deck.

Balcony repair not disclosed.

We were notified about 2:30 pm the day of the occupancy that the balcony was going to have some repairs performed. I envisioned having to deal with jackhammers, electric saws, compressors, and construction workers coming through our unit, ogling my wife ( a la Shelly Long in the film “The Money Pit”) and other nuisances. The ad in the VRBO website mentioned enjoying fantastic views or having a coffee on the balcony. These were some of the reasons why we selected this unit. The management company offered to cancel our reservation or find us another unit. I couldn’t cancel because I was exhausted from driving through a pouring rain on a very steep and windy interstate for 325 miles. And, it was a Friday afternoon and I didn’t want to try to find another place to stay due to my fatigue, the late afternoon and having a poor cellular connection in the Rocky Mountains. The management company was able to offer me another unit (at a higher cost for a 2 bedroom unit). Since I was too exhausted to find another place to stay, I reluctantly accepted this 2 bedroom unit, even though there were only 2 of us. I pointed out to the management company that there was poor coordination and planning between them, VRBO and the construction company. The proposed repair should have been disclosed in the VRBO listing or the listing should have removed until the repairs were completed. I realize that due to Covid related circumstances that “disconnects” may happen. However, part of a management company’s responsibilities, in my opinion, are to coordinate these scheduling issues with the affected parties. Overall, except for the problems initially encountered, the 2 bedroom condo stay was quite pleasant, the facilities and location were excellent and I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. The town is great with lots to do. The condo is well taken care of and we would definitely stay here again. Close to other popular towns, which is also a plus.

Keystone condo close to River Run Gondola

The stay was great at the condo and great location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Keystone village is a quick walkout the condo for a meal out or a quick trip to the market. I would book with the property in the future. I hope to stay again soon! Thank you!

Perfect ski getaway

Property was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Shuttle goes from right outside the building door to Arapahoe Basin and Brekenridge. Was easy to walk to local bars and restaurants.

3 of the 4 stovetop burners didn't work. Couch and chair are as 20+ years old. Need replaced. Two new flat screen TV's were fine, but the old tub (large back) TV's still in the unit, just stored away. Trash left in hallway by cleaning crew - not the owners fault. Pool table has a large rip in the felt, need repaired - not the owners fault. Pool and hot tub are hot and were great.

The place was very convenient and we like the building. The only two negatives were there were no black out shades and the bed was pretty hard and the sheets were worn out and the mattress glowed with stars. Just need a more comfortable bed.

Great location. Furniture is worn - ripped cushions on couch, padding on arm of chair seems to be gone. No ice cube trays that we could find, otherwise kitchen was well stocked and clean. Convenient to the elevator, quiet, and the pool and gym were wonderful.

Well stocked condo

Overall a great stay, stocked with everything needed. A bit warm without ac but once we got the boxfans going and windows/doors open it cooled off. Bummed the balcony was closed for construction but mgmt took care of addressing the inconvenience.
