Relaxing short stay

We stayed for a few nights to get away from Denver. We had so much fun and the condo/apartment was quiet, clean, and felt like home. We will go back for sure!

Beautiful condo in a quiet area

The condo was great - very clean, a well appointed kitchen and a balcony with a view of the mountains. We traveled with an infant so the elevator and indoor parking garage was a nice benefit. We would stay here again!

Perfect!!

Condo was clean, beautiful views of mountain, nice size balcony.kitchen well stocked - just need a cutting board:) Nice linens and decor. Loved the hot tub access as well as biking trail right from condo! We will be back!

Nice new property in a good location. Close to Mountain House base area (10 min walk). Property isn’t prepared well for VRBO though. The internet was poor, making watching TV impossible (buffers). The kitchen isn’t stocked well, we didn’t have salt or pepper. There are no curtains and the windows face a small road. A little TLC from the property manager and this would be a 5 start place…..

Awesome place!!

The location is great, very close to the resort. An easy shuttle ride to slopes. The place was amazing. Very clean, very new, all the amenities you need - fast internet, good tv, awesome kitchen, lots of beds, spacious, great view of the mountain, ski locker, inside garage space. Highly recommended!!

Great location and actually walking distance to the slopes

We thought the place was exactly as advertised. There is a shuttle, but once you know where you're going, it's also easy to walk from the condo to the ski area. We had a great time and everything was as advertised!

Nice new spacious condo walkable to lifts

Spacious layout for 8 of us. 4 kids in the bunk room w pull out was a bonus. Closest of the Clearwater buildings to the slopes for walking. Newer appliances made cooking, laundry, and dishes a breeze. Could use some extra hooks in the bedrooms and foyer but we made do. Quickly realized the shuttle wasn't worth the wait after two passed because they were full. Driver courteously told us another one was coming but no one wanted to wait. Walk was scenic and pleasant over the River and only 8-10 minutes.

Very nice property

The property was very nice but truly needs a tv in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The internet was an issue the whole time and the televisions needed internet to work.

It was as described and we are so thankful we landed on this property as we searched MANY! Comfortable and convenient

Very nice condo in a super convenient location! Short (7 minute for me) and scenic walk to the nearest lift. You can easily access the whole mountain from there and it’s just as easy to get back. It’s definitely a kid friendly place and close to the learning area. One garage parking spot yand one outdoor. Kitchen has everything you need, to include a large pantry. Would definitely recommend for a family ski trip!

Great Base for Family Ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our famiy of 5 was very comfortable in this condo. The location was great, 30 min to Breck, 10 to Dillon and less than 5 to keystone. You can take the shuttle to slopes or walk if you're up for it. There is a nice walking trail around the lake and to the slopes. The condo was roomy enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Overall, great place to land at the end of the day.

Exactly as listed

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. Everything was exactly as it was listed. It’s a perfect location away from all the ski season traffic and very quiet. Although, our visit was at the end of October and ski season hadn’t opened yet. It’s in a perfect location to view the mountains and the ski slopes from the balcony. It’s within walking distance of Keystone village and the slopes. There are plenty of trails we used to walk and get some exercise. It’s in a convent location near Dillon for grocery stores, dinning, and an Outlet Mall. Breckinridge was a convenient 30 miles away with more shopping and dinning. We absolutely loved our stay and if we visit the area again there is no doubt we would stay at the same place! Thank you!

Very nice place but still needing a few things shorted out.

Reviewer Comments: The property was really nice but when we got there the elevator was out of service and I have two muscular dystrophy kids and it is difficult for them to climb stairs, so that was a little bit of a problem. The lights also all did not work which my husband was able to fix as a breaker was tripped. They were doing construction on the condo above us as 8:30 am on Saturday morning so that was a little annoying. The place was well decorated and had everything we needed but they are still working out the new things for this place.

Excelent May Skiing at A Basin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, excellent unit...just above the river with a view of Red Devil and an excellent walking trail system 50 steps away. The property feels brand new, the management service was top notch, and the kitchen well stocked (in fact, I wish they had some large plastic cups in addition to all the fancy glasses (give me a movie theatre mega cup hydration is key when coming from a much lower elevation). Lots of tupperware as well which is very rare for a vacation rental in my experience.Skied A Basin and Breck...wonderful corn/slush snow most of the day. "Pali Beach" tailgating at A Basin is a 10 minute drive. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive to Dillon or Frisco or Silverthorne...Keystone resort shops are mostly closed during this part of the year.Plan to stay here a couple of times a year when visiting our son in the area.

This place is stocked ! I’d give it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband rented here before but this was my first time. The place is spacious and new. I’m not usually a VRBO person I prefer hotels with spas lol. This place sold me on VRBOs.Pros - It was stocked with everything from paper towels, every cooking pan, spices, games, etc etc. it was in a great location for us. Close to my sons place and the trail was right outside. We cooked like pros with all the items. They had a XL washer and dryer when I was nice to do a load before heading to vail. Which after this place I was disappointed with that VRBO. MCons - The only thing I couldn’t find was a cutting board and a yoga Mat would’ve been the icing on the cake and the fire alarm was too sensitive to cooking smells and would go off every time I cooked.

Great Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was decorated beautifully. We liked that it didn’t feel cramped with furniture and we loved the location. We love to cook and the cookware was decent but lacking a cutting board and only two wine glasses. There were a few things that concerned me when we arrived: The floors needed to be mopped/cleaned they felt dusty/dirty when walking on them. The rug in the living room needs taken out and shaken and/or vacuumed better as it was a little dirty when arrived. The toilet in master bedroom also had a spot on the side that was dirty which was obvious.With this being said, we really enjoyed our stay. Again the unit was beautiful and spacious and fabulous location. Putting a grill on the patio would bring this to a whole new level.A few items that would make it homier: Place to hang the towels after you shower (instead of having to hang over the shower stall), cutting board, grill and some “personalized” instructions on how to use the coffee maker as well as the dishwasher.
