Bathroom were clean with showers were hot with nice pressure. Kitchen was well stocked. The couch was the main downside as it was quite uncomfortable. The bad: express check-in was express. So express in fact that they forgot to tell us what apartment we're in. They gave us directions to the general area but not to our apartment. (There are several groups of buildings with different parking lots...) I had to call, after a few minutes I was told to park in the 1st parking lot and walk all the way to end. However, this was bad advice as there is a closer parking lot. Additionally, I was expressly told that I Would receive a text when the apartment was ready (prior to 4).
