Two lofts are located above bedrooms which share space. In particular, the upstairs exercise loft overlooks the main King Master. The garage has room for 3 cars. Great for large family gatherings. Management company was responsive, but still had issues. We stayed 3 nights in July and the projector in the theater wasn't fixed until the second day. The water feature kept running out of water, and we had to repeatedly fill with a bucket as there was no hose to fill it. The wi-fi went out on the second day and they sent someone who couldn't find the router to reset, so was not fixed before we left. It was the right space for us and our gathering, but for the price, there should be no issues. ##### Joni S.
