Located in Keystone secluded Alders neighborhood. The Keystone Resort shuttle is just steps from the front door. Walking distance to Keystone central is a half-mile. Enjoy complementary access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at the Dakota Lodge in River Run located in Keystone and can be accessed by the shuttle or 10 min walk to Gondola. Close to some of the best Rocky Mountain Skiing - Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge. Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek are all less than 50 minutes. There is also a newly installed hot tub at the Townhome for your use. Heated Pool & Hot Tubs are located in the River Run Village outside of the Dakota Lodge, a two minute walk. Walking distance to the gondola of the world-class skiing at Keystone Resort yet situated in the quiet secluded Alders neighborhood. We have high speed Internet - 600 Mbps. We have a three floor townhouse. The ground level is a 2 car heated tandem garage large enough for two cars and one spot outside! The second floor or main level has the kitchen, living room, pull out queen sofa, king bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level or 3rd floor has the master king bedroom suite with private full bath, a second Queen Bedroom, loft with queen pull-out sofa suitable for kids and a full bath with tub. A SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology & Internal High Capacity Pump - Queen Size with sheets and blankets is available upon request. The living room area on the second floor features a moss rock gas fireplace which generates a lot of heat, comfortable seating and picture window overlooking the valley. Watch for the moose and enjoy a colorful Colorado sunset. The third floor level loft has a separate living area with views from the stairwell windows of Buffalo Mountain and the Gore Range in the distance. Truly a spectacular mountain view. Keystone Resort Shuttle – Enjoy Keystone’s very own transportation system. All Keystone guests have shuttle access from the many bus stops within the resort. Keystone Transportation offers a convenient schedule that will take you to and from your lodging locations to the skiing base areas like River Run Village and Mountain House Base Areas, conference center and local restaurants. The Keystone shuttle offers a convenient schedule that will pick you up and drop you off almost anywhere in Keystone Resort. Shuttles pick up approximately every twenty minutes, and ride times average about 10 – 15 minutes. Pick up stations are located all over and you are never far from a pickup station. The hours of operation change throughout the winter season is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on-call for a pick-up until Midnight. The Orange Bus pickup at "Alders 2" is steps from the front door. Everything is on-call during the summer/shoulder season, so if you need a ride, just give them a call and they will shuttle you around, however, they will not be a personal taxi and be sure to tip the drivers for their services. A-BASIN TRANSPORTATION: The Summit Stage Summit County Bus Transportation is a free service. Please check their website for the current schedule. We are local and have many years of staying in the mountains for our skiing/boarding trips. This is one of the best! From the check-in process, to the cleanliness, & then to the location…. It’s all superb! But the added hot tub to this magnificent place, has made this even more of a special spot! Very lovely home in a great location close to town, hiking and biking trails, and has beautiful views from both decks. Clean and comfortable, well stocked with all the necessities, and the description is accurate. Communication was great, and the check in/check out was easy and convenient. We had 2 mid sized SUV’s in the garage and a car parked outside and there was plenty of room. Only wish we could have stayed longer! ##### Sophia W. It was spacious and had a full kitchen which we used every day. The fireplace was also a nice treat! The property manager was very responsive. The only thing to note is that the hot tub is quite a ways away from the property. We ended up driving there since it was so chilly out. ##### Leandra B. We had a really great time at this property and would definitely choose to stay here again! This location is truly fabulous. It was quiet. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and played foosball. The heated garage is a plus and it was great to have a place to sit and put on snow clothes. Communication with the owner was top notch.
