Huge condo in Keystone, sleeps 14, great location

With 5 bedrooms (8 beds) and 4 bathrooms, the condo can house 14+, making it a great option for large groups.

Ideally located on the Keystone Resort, multiple world-class mountains are just a quick drive away (Keystone: 5 min drive / free shuttle, Breckenridge: 20 min drive, Vail: 35 min, Copper Mountain: 25 min, Beaver Creek: 50 min, and more!)

Guests also have full access to the resort’s amenities, including a pool complex with two large hot tubs and an indoor heated swimming pool.

The condo:
The condo is bright and airy, spread out over three levels.

The spacious main floor living room has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large windows with stunning views of the mountains. On the same level, the open kitchen and dining room provides additional room for socializing. Next to the living room is an office with a pull-out couch that can be used for additional sleeping.

Also on the main floor is a bedroom with twin bunks and a queen bed, plus an en-suite full bathroom. An additional bathroom on this level has a sauna and steam shower.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and a shared bathroom: one bedroom with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and finally one more with two queen beds.

The lower level contains the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and large windows with beautiful views.

There are 5 TVs with Amazon Fire TV sticks: in the living room, primary bedroom, bunk room, and two upstairs bedrooms.

The resort:
You'll have access all the amenities the resort offers. In addition to the heated swimming pool and two large hot tubs, there are free shuttle buses that can take you to the resort's many restaurants and activity spots. There are also plenty of summer activities at the resort as well, including hiking, biking, and golf. The bike path outside connects to Breckenridge, Dillon Lake, the Vail valley and beyond.

You will find two parking passes in your check-in package for parking immediately outside the unit. Unlimited parking is also available in an overflow lot 5-minutes away.

Arrangements for additional parking out front may be available for groups with many vehicles. Please contact us ahead of your stay for more details.

Kitchen chairs are all missing rail components and one has a leg that just falls off. Oven was broken until the last day. Dryer is clogged and took forever to dry. A print out of how to use the heaters would be nice as well. On a positive there was plenty of sleeping places.

On the first night, once we got access to the condo, my son went to bed and started scratching. When we looked at his bed there was a lot of hair tied up in the sheets, Like a LOT. we then inspected the rest of the beds and about 4 of them had excessive amounts of hair. The housekeeping did come and change all the sheets but it wasn't a great first impression. We were a group os 13 and the condo had 4 showers and bathrooms. But 2 showers were not working for the full duration of our stay. And when we contacted the owner he was aware of this. This was a huge inconvenience as after skiing everyone wants a shower. Some of our party had to shower in the pool. On the second day we had no hot water at all, seems to have an issue with the whole building. But again, huge inconvenience. And finally the general cleanliness was not idea, but the housekeeping did come on day 2 to given another clean.

Nice trip - nice place - just as listed - slopes transport hard

We had a fantastic time - one of the reasons I picked this place was due to the shuttle. The shuttle had problems during our stay - I don't believe this is the property owners issue and that is why I still gave 5 stars. The shuttle was seldom on time and in fact ran over 30 minutes behind several times. In one instance, my 15 year old son was traveling solo on shuttle and they did not drop him off - stating they announced no Pines drop off and to ride a white bus instead. The white bus said to ride the yellow but - took him well over an hour to get back. Also, had to wait for second or third bus due to smaller shuttle being used - hour wait plus for 5 minute ride back to Pines. Other than that - great!

Needs improvements

This place was not worth the value. The pictures posted in the listing didn't show the wear and tear of the unit. The furniture was worn and felt dingy. Only one of the TVs worked because either remote control batteries were dead or cords were missing for the other TVs. Even after the maintenance person came he couldn't get the other TVs to work. The sofa bed in the study was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep on it. The carpets had stains. The steam shower did not work. The clothes dryer is "ventless" and takes hours to work. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be renovated but the furnishing and carpets need to be upgraded to make this place worth the money. I only had 7-8 people in my group. I prefer quality over quantity. If I had 14 people, which is the maximum capacity of unit, then I might feel differently about the value. At minimum the property manager should check that the TVs, steam shower and clothes dryer are properly working. I'd highly suggest that the couch bed in the study be replaced as well. Finally, the unit only allows 2 parking permits. I wonder how a group as large as 9-14 people could get by with just 2 cars.... Off-site parking is not within walking distance. I would not stay here again.

Perfect Place

This place was amazing for us, a group of 13 friends. I was worried we would be too loud but never got a complaint. Dove to mountain every morning so easy and literally under a 5 minute drive.

Not everything worked how we were expecting it to work.

The location of the condo was perfect! And the amount of room at the condo was great! However, we were expecting all of the bathrooms to be functional and one entire bathroom was not functional. The main floor bathroom, which was right off of the common area was not in working order. Not only did the steam shower not work, but the basic shower did not work either. The shower did not work the entire time we were there. We called a maintenance guy to come out and he tried to fix it, but was not able to. The sink in that same bathroom did not drain at all. We couldn’t even brush our teeth because the sink would fill up with too much water too quickly. The bathroom accessories were falling off of the wall whenever we closed the bathroom door. And with our multiple families staying there, we really NEEDED that bathroom to be functional and it was not unfortunately. So we were forced to cram 2 families of 5 people into one bathroom. If the entire condo was in working order, we would stay there again. However, because it wasn’t and no one could fix it while we were there, we would not stay in this condo again.

Beautiful location

The location and views from the property are amazing! Mountain and creek views and the trail is outside the door. Indoor pool area was also nice, along with a newer deck, however none of the gas grills were working. Downside is this place needs some TLC, many of the windows can’t be opened because the fitting is falling off or can’t close once you open it. Cleaning was lacking and vacuum in unit didn’t work. Layout was perfect for a family, there were 13 of us. The walls need paint and floors need a deep clean for sure.

Colorado Condo Getaway

This property is AMAZING!!! I brought my entire family and we had a blast. The complex is a ton of fun on its own, but it is located very close to Breckenridge. 10/10 I would recommend!!

Good but not great

We enjoyed the area but there were a few issues with the property. The property needed some TLC before we arrived. For example: the refrigerator was not turned on when we arrived; the dishwasher had broken drawers making it very cumbersome to use.; there was no air conditioning and the screens were not secured when we opened the windows; the oven took a very long time to preheat; there was not enough towels; the washer and dryer didn’t work well. These are some of the reasons why the property was good but not great.

Friends&Family ski trip

Great place, 5min driving to Keystone Resort ski lifts. Private sauna gives great rest after long day on a slope. Amazing view from living room. Fireplace is artificial but condo is really warm, with lots of thermostats in each room, living room has 3+ of those. More than enough to get your clothes dry for the next day.
