The Neighborhood:  
This condo is nestled in the serene Summit Cove neighborhood, a perfect base for year-round adventures. Keystone Ski Resort is just a 7-minute drive away, with quick access to the River Run Gondola and ski lifts. In summer, explore scenic trails like Keystone Gulch, stroll along the Snake River, or tee off at Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Nearby, Dillon and Silverthorne offer dining, shopping, and attractions like Dillon Reservoir and the Outlets at Silverthorne. For a day trip, visit Breckenridge, about 20 minutes away, and enjoy its historic Main Street filled with unique shops, breweries, and cafés.  
  
Getting Around:  
This home is conveniently located near a bus stop just 0.2 miles away, connecting you to the FREE Summit Stage system for easy access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, and beyond. For those driving, Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are all around a 20-minute drive. Nearby towns like Dillon (7 minutes), Silverthorne (10 minutes), and Frisco (15 minutes) offer dining, shopping, and entertainment, with Vail within 40 minutes.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have central A/C. There is 1 portable A/C unit available.  
  
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.  
  
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

#### Cozy Condo

The condo is super cozy and quaint! It was the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain. A very quiet location. Very easy to get to as well. It's only a 7 minute drive to Keystone Ski resort, and no more than 10 into the heart of Silverthorne/Dillon. We loved that we were able to bring both of our dogs. The place is very clean; the bathroom was well stocked with towels; the kitchen had a good amount of plates/cups/utensils. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The living area was a lot more spacious than we had anticipated! We did not use the clubhouse or its' facilities, but it is right next door to the condo! The hosts were responsive and the check in information was very clear. The only issue we came across was the Shuttle App they suggested for download in the check in info was for Breckenridge. We also couldn't find the shuttle stop for this neighborhood (Summit Cove). I had asked for it's location, was given an address and told it was a 15 minute walk from the condo. When I typed the address into my maps from the condo, it was a 15 minute DRIVE in Frisco -- not in the Summit Cove neighborhood. Like I said, everything is a short drive away, but we would've loved to take the shuttle into town, especially because we had plans on having some drinks. We didn't try Uber or Lyft, so I can't speak if it's readily available. But regardless, we had a great stay here!
