Located in West Keystone off Soda Ridge Road, this gorgeous log home boasts ample living space, unique amenities and mountain classic decor!In the winter you'll love cozying up to the real wood fireplace. This large stone hearth is the emphasis of the main living room and situated perfectly for watching the snowflakes fall through the large living room windows. The cook of the family will be overjoyed with the gourmet, fully stocked granite and stone wrapped kitchen. You'll find every gadget and gizmo needed to prepare the perfect meal! A beautiful china cabinet and elk antler chandelier round out the upscale dining room that features a 6 - 12 person dining table. In the summer you can pull out the BBQ and cookout on the recently installed front patio, or relax on the sunny front porch with an afternoon ice tea. On the main floor you will also find a mud room. Downstairs is the second living room doubling as a game room and kids play area. This large room has two comfy couches and a full size washer and dryer. There are two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The first bedroom features two twin beds. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and two large sunny windows. Off the downstairs living room you'll find another full bathroom and a third bedroom with a king bed. On the second floor, there is a fourth guest room featuring a king size bed and a twin bunk trundle bed, vaulted ceilings and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite encompasses the entire upstairs east wing of the home. This oversized room features an elevated king sized bed, vaulted ceilings, three large windows and a small sitting area. You'll find an inviting shower and duel sinks with plenty of counter space in the ensuite primary bathroom. Situated on a quarter acre, corner lot lot, 13 Bear Tree is nestled among the aspen and pine trees on a quiet cul de sac. This home has a private heated two car garage and extra room in the driveway so you can bring the whole family. Don't feel like driving? No problem! The free Keystone Shuttle Bus picks up at the nearby Flying Dutchman complex, a 10 minute walk away. I loved there were three floors and multiple places to hang out together or alone. It was comfortable and cozy. While the linens and towels were all clean, there were other obvious misses (a dead bee collecting dust just under a bed, sticky brown stuff all over a nightstand, etc.) We also had an issue with the hot water going out and it was never resolved by the property manager. All ten of us had to leave without showers after being at a wedding the night before. Overall, it’s a really nice place, but the no hot water was a huge bummer. ##### Rachel W. We end up sleeping under multiple blanks and multiple layers of clothes. Next time when i talked with property manager they explained me that they dont want owners to have a big heating bill , my answer is that you can set temp to minimum or send in someone to turn on heating in before someone arrives. We were here attending the COSHRM Conference held this year at Keystone. It felt like we were visiting relatives and they rolled out the red carpet. All thI amenities were perfectly thought out and although many cabinets were labeled "owners only" we did not need for anything. Ok, I did use a little of your olive oil...sorry. The rental company was very nice and helpful as we arrived to an unfortunate situation. Only thing that I would comment on was I Wallis have appreciated a follow up visit or call after our arrival and incident ##### Susy R. We had 11 family members for a 6 day weekend to celebrate the 4th of July, and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen, with everything one would need. The home was warm & inviting. Will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would change would be the timing of the water sprinkler. Every nite while sitting on the deck, the sprinklers would go off at 7pm?
