This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. The property management very responsive when asked about possibility of new blender as the one there was missing key piece. We were welcomed with an opened condom wrapper on the floor by the bed. Living room screen was off and on the roof below us, hot tub was luke warm, sauna didn't work with knobs missing, toilet ran consistently all day/night. Screen was the only issue addressed. After our complaints HOA offered us a new room at the Dakota bldg which we said YES but then they didn't follow through. 3 days later after we returned home we got a call and was given only a $25 reimbursement. Great location to mountain and resort restaurants. It would've been nice to check in at property rather than another site but it worked out fine. Great and quick communication with property management. Since the living room is right above common area (pool table area), it was a little noisy when trying to sleep. It is just steps away from the River Run Village with shops and restaurants. It has a well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities on the 4th floor. The only complaint we have about this unit is that the sofa and loveseat are very uncomfortable and need replacing! ##### Charles H.
