This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, twin futon, and a Murphy bed with a queen memory foam mattress. It features mountain views from the private balcony. It's nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, and a short drive from Arapahoe Basin. Oro Grande Lodge offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub. The entryway offers hooks and a closet to store your gear. The living area features a 50" Smart TV, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. For additional sleeping options there is a queen sleeper sofa and a twin futon. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off of the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful mountain views in the distance. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features tiled granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with two seats at the breakfast bar. The Murphy bed folds out into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The full bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The spacious bedroom is just down the hall and across from the bathroom. It features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, Smart TV, working space, and a ceiling fan. A huge reason I rented a condo was for the full kitchen and it was well stocked with all the cooking dish essentials. The pool area was very clean and a great addition for soaking at the end of a long day. Location wise, I loved it and I'm convinced I need to move down there one day. Reviewer Comments: Very clean property. Set up very nicely and equipped well. As this is a seasonal property there is only a boiler going in the winter so if it gets warm there is no A/C option. That wasn't an issue as the weather was good enough to just open the windows and doors. Everything was great other than the layout of where the condo was. The numbering system is a little off and it does not go in order when you get out of the elevator. That being said, once you find the place its easy to get back to. ##### Vito A. Not happy about arriving to find out that the murphy bed had a "do not use" warning taped to it. A heads up/offer to cancel and re book would have been nice. Listing said there was a queen sleeper sofa and twin pullout. Sofa did not have a pullout bed and the "twin pullout" was a joke.....not even a mattress. The sofa, loveseat, and "pullout bed" were the three most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever sat on. All this made it difficult for three adults to sleep in this condo. ##### MARK M. Reviewer Comments: This VRBO was very comfortable for 4 of us. My favorite part was that there were multiple sleeping options in the living room for our kids - a pull out Murphy Bed cabinet bed and also a pull out sofa sleeper couch. Although not the most comfortable, the kids liked having their “own” beds. It kept the peace. Super cute VRBO with adorable decor and vintage ski signs. Unit was very clean and adequately stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, baking, and daily meals. Location is awesome - it’s a quick 8-10 minute walk straight across to the base of Keystone Resort “Mountain House” and “Peru Express” lift. The kids liked the convenience of being able to walk to and from skiing and the condo on their own schedule. I booked this place for me and my partner for our first ski trip of the season. So, a lot of time spent in the house was to relax, cook, and sleep. The kitchen was stocked well with cleaning supplies for the dishes. Loved the starter pack for coffee so we didn't need to buy coffee and filters. The unit had a lot of board games to play! So, that kept us entertained as well as the Roku. King bed was super plush and large. The lamp on the left night stand did not work, but the other lights did. Bathroom was a good size with nice hot water. The only complaint is the shower drain did not drain fast at all, so you were standing in a puddle of dirty bath water. We also had some difficulty getting the unit warm with the thermostat. Seemed like the dial that tells you what temperature it's at is off so we had to guess. Fireplace helped though! Heated garage downstairs was a nice touch with easy in and out access. Location was perfect heading to Keystone. Overall I would stay here again with the above edits! ##### Agnas P. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process is easy enough and very dialed in, because you're working with a professional property management company who handles probably thousands of units in Summit county. Everything is well polished, procedure wise. Our unit happened to be really nice inside and the location was fine for a summer trip. Too far from the resort for convenient winter skiing, but close enough for us to hiking and Dillon amphitheatre. Problem was our deck was unusable due to a ton of mouse poop. We reported it when we saw it, they cleaned it up a few hours later, and it was back the next day. Then we left. So, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy any views of anything. ##### Andrew B.
