The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. ▶ Pets are not allowed. ▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. We got there & the ac didnt work, the room was musty & dusty like it wasnt stayed in forver or wasnt cleaned, and there was a dirty sock left by the bed. The host claimed they refunded us all our money which was over 400, but yet we only got back 120\. Also if you think you're staying in a "condo" like it says its not. Its a run down old hotel room.
