Bright, spacious, & extra clean condo in heart of a perfect CO setting!

This spacious condo is a bright and spacious 1450 sq ft condo located in the heart of Keystone. With close proximity to ski slopes, tubing hills, horseback riding, hiking, biking, boating, tennis, and golfing (just to name a few).... our second story unit is in a perfect place to enjoy a winter vacation or summer getaway! It is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit that can sleep up to 7 very comfortably. The master is on the upper level with an adjoining bathroom and has king bed. The second bedroom is on the main level and has a queen and twin bed. The living room also has a queen sofa pullout. Our condo has a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs, outdoor grill, and a fully stocked kitchen which would make your visit a comfortable home away from home!

The complex offers wonderful amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and laundry facility that is located just steps from our unit. You don't even need your car keys as Keystone Resorts has a fantastic free shuttle system that will pick you up steps from the door!

Enjoy the luxury of a full health spa across the street at the Keystone Lodge & Spa. Daily access is available for a nominal fee and includes the fitness center, pool, steam and dry sauna. Spa services are available for purchase as well.

COVID-19: Our cleaning crew takes meticulous precautions to prepare the home for your stay. We will do everything we can to make our home a safe and clean environment by following recommended sanitation guidelines. Our top goal has always been to provide a reliable, wonderful home away from home for our guests and we will continue to do so!

The hot tub and sauna is closed for renovation April 2023-August 2023. The pool should be open, the HOA is working out the details for access and restroom facilities use during the renovation. There is an option to purchase a day pass at the Keystone Lodge and Spa. Please contact Mary with questions about this- we want to make sure you have an enjoyable stay!

Great location. Easy access to several ski areas, restaurants and grocery. Awesome walking trails for our dog. All the necessary supplies in the kitchen and excellent smart TV access. Wi Fi did not disappoint as this was a working vacation! Highly satisfied.

Great location on the shuttle route with a small grocery/gas station next door. We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The condo is spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a baby. Parking right outside the unit and the ski lockers downstairs were very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Summer Getaway

It has been six years since our last stay, and it did not disappoint! We love the openness of the floor plan, the walking trail just outside the door, and the convenience to all the adjacent locales.The addition of the washer/dryer was an added plus.Hope to return next year!

Lots of light and very convenient location

This unit is steps from the keystone shuttle and a nice large pool and hot tub. Skied two days at Keystone and two days at Breckenridge.

Wonderful, clean condo - great location

The property is clean and very comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The location is great - just down the road from Keystone Village. The upstairs bedroom is gorgeous and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has both a Queen & Twin bed. The pull out couch was comfortable, but it’s just a fold out that is very low to the ground - it wouldn’t be great for elderly or mobile compromised people.

Great time in Keystone!

The property has a great layout, worked well for my family of five, 2 adults & 3 kids. Also just minutes away from skiing and restaurants. The open area in the back of the property was great for my kids to sled and play in the snow.

Beautiful spot. Quiet area

We came up from Longmont to see the Fall colors. Stayed at this condo, which was lovely. Second story, clean, well-equipped. Keystone is sleepy this time of year so we had to travel into Dillon and Frisco for meals. Locations would be great for skiing at Keystone if you're so inclined. We only used the downstairs because we had out dog and he was a bit unsettled being in a strange place. Beds were comfortable. If you're a pillow snob like me, bring your own. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook in. TV's with live broadcast. It was a bit confusing to figure out that you needed to press the Xfinity button on the Roku remote to access. All the comforts of home.

6 weeks in Keystone

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks to beat the heat in Texas and we had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our lengthy stay. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything a cook could need. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The location to the Keystone Spa/Lodge/Lakeside Village and the tennis courts was within walking distance and the indoor pool is literally out the front door, as was the bus stop. An in-unit washer/dryer was installed while we were there and it was very convenient. There is a laundry room next to the pool if bigger loads were needing to be done. There is so much to do in the area for everyone. We all loved our stay here and hope to return very soon. Thank you Mary and Alan for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

Memorial Weekend Getaway!

The property in Keystone was wonderful and Mary & Alan were awesome to work with. Everything went as planned and the facilities were amazing, extremely clean and went beyond our expectations! Keystone Condo

The condo was clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. It could use some tender loving care. Two of the blinds had holes in them and the screen door was unusable as the screen was torn half way off. Since it was cold, we didn’t need it. Several of the upholstered chairs need repair. There was no channel listing for the TV and it wasn’t a smart TV that one could stream their own channels from. The beds are comfortable. The master king bed is quite high, so hard for a shorter person to climb into.
