Newly renovated in 2024! All new mattresses! Welcome to this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, ideally located just a 3-minute drive from the River Run Village Ski Area. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for mountain biking and hiking, this home offers the perfect retreat for your adventures. The patio offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you're just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. Guests of Ski Tip also have access to the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub. The townhome spans two levels and features convenient entryways both from the main door and the one-car garage, each equipped with benches, hooks, and a storage shelf, along with a half bathroom for added convenience. As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright and inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, all framed by large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. From here, you can access the private patio, where you can sit back, relax, and take in the beautiful mountain views and fresh air. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that comfortably seats three.
