Wake up with the sun rising from behind the fantastic mountain views in this east facing third floor Silver Mill condo, then enjoy your morning coffee on the covered balcony with the warm sun against the cool air. If it's too cold for you on the balcony, come back inside and enjoy that coffee by the gas fireplace. The bathroom received a facelift in June of 2023 with a few other comforts around the condo! This condo is perfect for a small family or two couples with a king size bed in the master and a sofa sleeper! The full kitchen has all of your standard gear so you have the freedom to cook some or all of your meals. If you choose to go out, there are plenty of restaurants to hit in Keystone, or an even larger selection in neighboring Breckenridge, Dillion, Frisco or Silverthorne communities. The building includes 3 hot tubs and a sauna right on-site with an outdoor heated pool adjacent to the nearby Dakota building. Get the day started with a workout in the building's fitness center and finish the day in the building's common area shooting some pool. Parking is simple in a heated underground garage with an elevator to access the building. The ski lockers on the first floor make getting onto the slopes extremely convenient! Laundry facilities are also available in the building. There are plenty of activities in Keystone year-round. Obviously downhill skiing and riding are the big thing in winter, but you can also tube on the mountaintop, cross country ski, snowshoe, ice skate, or just have some good old-fashioned fun sledding! In the summer, you can golf, mountain bike, hike, or hit the lake for stand up paddle boarding, paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking and more. If you're more here just to visit and enjoy the scenery, you can take a ride up the gondola year-round as well. Free parking for 1 vehicle in the underground parking garage. There are also two ChargePoint dual 6.6KW J-1772 chargers available in the underground parking garage.(charging for a fee) \*\*\*\*\*The building utilizes a central heat and water heating system. Maintenance of these systems as well as the building's plumbing is typically planned during the off season and scheduled during mid-day hours to minimize any impact to guests, however, in an Emergency situation, the building may require shutting down one of these systems without limited notice for short periods to complete any repairs.\*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\*Occasionally some of the amenities, such as fitness center, recreation area, pool, hot tubs, sauna, etc. require maintenance and are temporarily closed. The facility was very clean and the room was spotless. We loved the convenience of a short, walk to the gondola and using all the facilities within the building such as hot tubs, pool, sauna, and ski lockers on the first floor. It was conveniently located to the lifts and restaurants. We were disappointed to learn the description on the VRBO website misrepresented there was a bath and a half which was something we expected but note that has been corrected. To be completely transparent, there were problems keeping the elevators working so often it was quicker to take the stairs and the ski lockers were not maintained so when water from equipment collected in the pan at the bottom, you had to be careful not to let your after-ski boots fall down in the rust. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed our communications with him throughout our stay and despite the issues, we would consider this condo again if we ever get back up that direction. ##### Janet R. It was extremely convenient to be right in the village and walking distance to ski, eat, drink, & shop! The only complaint regarding the location was that the unit overlooks some maintenance buildings, so there was a significant amount of truck noise, beeping, loading/unloading, etc. starting fairly early (6:30-7am-ish) each morning. The condo was a great size & allowed comfortable space, one separate bedroom with king bed & a sofa sleeper in the living room, for two. Access to underground parking was very convenient. Everything in the condo was well kept & in good condition, including a nice television & living room area for relaxing. The building amenities were a little disappointing. The ski lockers were very small, it was difficult to store even two sets of skis & poles, and didn't have any extra room or ventilation to dry equipment so we had to bring boots, helmets, gloves, etc. back and hang up in the condo. There were a few smaller hot tubs, and we seemed to have a hard time finding space when we returned from skiing as they were always very busy after the lifts closed. We were looking forward to using the pool table, but it was in pretty rough shape...most of the pool cues & even a couple of the balls were broken, and a number of the pockets had holes in them. Other than a couple of minor complaints, it was a great place, it was very reasonably priced, and we had a great week! ##### Judd T.
