The same square footage as a 2 bedroom. The condo is fully furnished and perfectly located in the Truman Annex, a gated community of private homes and condos within two blocks of Duval Street and Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park (best beach in Key West). This First Floor condo is a part of the Shipyard complex and is located in a very secluded area. We enjoyed our stay and outside deck and being able to open up the doors really made the place feel open and much larger. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we're really picky about our beds when traveling. The condo is located in a high traffic sidewalk path.
