Jacuzzi was ice cold the whole time we were there. Front desk said they would let maintenance know, but it was never warm for our 5 day stay. Pool was heated though. It’s just an old building that needs some renovation. However, you can hear the late night noise from outside. The air conditioner was very loud. There is a Barr across the street with music till 2am and the roosters wake you up at 6:00 am. All could have been solved with ear plugs … next time! Parking is a block away and given I had a motorbike I was apprehensive but it was ok. Duval street is steps away with all it has to offer! The parking was very convenient: just a half block away. I didn't know there was a rooftop pool and lounging area! Great surprise and a wonderful spot to people watch Duval Street. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. I didnt comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat there.
