The boat is in great condition and has been well maintained inside and out. Purpus is docked in a first class marina with access to free parking, restaurants, bars, ships store, pools, coffee shop and laundry. Charter options available for additional fee. The space Purpus is located in the Perry Marina. This is a first class marina conveniently located on Stock Island and about 4-5 miles from downtown and Duval St. The marina is private and secure with many resort style amenities. Step aboard Purpus and be impressed with great views, open social spaces, and even more luxury amenities. You will experience lifelong memories of the Florida Keys when staying on board the Purpus! The boat was very spacious and open and comfortable. Three couples each had their own cabin and bathroom. The back and forward decks were so relaxing. The amenities at the marina were a plus.
