Enjoy the modern coastal design, relax in the massage chair, and unwind on three private patios overlooking the lagoon. Perfectly positioned for fishing, diving, and water activities, with easy access to the marina and jetty.

The resort features a lagoon, swimming pools, beach access, and marina, offering the best of Keys living. Wake up to sunrise views and end your day with beautiful sunsets, all in one unforgettable destination. Create unforgettable memories with your family and friends at this ocean side resort.

Located inside, private, gated Kawama Yacht Club & Marina. With access to:
3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets.

Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking.

We provide: Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, and a full-body massage chair for relaxing after a day on the water.
A golf cart is available for rent.

Norman was great. Lots of opportunities/amenities for a family of 4 to enjoy themselves. Great views from the condo. Place was clean and had everything we needed. This is an older building but very enjoyable.

An okay spot

This was a convenient spot for fishing given that the marina was associated with the property. I was disappointed when we rented a unit with "ocean views" and wound up with a view of the parking lot when our unit was sold before we got there. I would stay again, but I would make sure the exact deal is spelled out and I get what I paid for.

Perfect for us

Our condo was very clean and exactly as shown on the website. Appreciated that Norman met us at the property and showed us around the facility and the location of all the amenities. The property is so nice that if you just wanted to spend your time at the the property you could. We enjoyed having some picnic suppers on the beach, pool time, and walks out on the jetty. We even got adventurous and tried paddleboarding and kayaking. Was a wonderdul facility and would love to stay there again.

The condo and location are great

The condo, location and views are great. I would recommend adding more details in the binder with codes, a map of the property with instructions on where to find everything. I appreciated Norman showing me around the resort, however not everyone enjoys spending an hour being shown where light switches are, etc. after a long day of traveling. Perhaps give the guests the option of a tour when they arrive.

Family Vacation In Key Largo

We had a great trip. The condo was one of the best we've stayed in, it was like being in my own home. The kitchen was very well supplied, the furniture was all new, beds all comfy, appliances all newer and high end. Most places you can tell you are in someone's after thought rental property not at this one. Norman made sure we knew where everything was and the extras he supplies are above and beyond and again all in good condition. The facilities and grounds were all well maintained and very clean. Additionally there is a guard shack that is manned 24/7 so access is for renters and owners only. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, we travelled with our college aged kids and my father in law but this would be a great place with lots to do for younger children as well. We will be back and would highly recommend.

Great place to relax

Had a great new years getaway here! Norman was an awesome host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The condo was nice, had a great view, and the kitchen was very well-equipped by Vrbo standards. There was lots of fun stuff to do without leaving the property- swimming with tropical fish, kayaking & paddleboarding, fishing, and sunset watching. Highly recommended!

Great view and location

Great view of ocean and marina from the living room. Also the bedroom and en-suite bath have great views as well. Unit has a spacious lay out in living room for gatherings. (Island style decor ) furniture very comfortable. We met friends for a wedding in key largo and 3 groups ended up booking at the kawama location.so we all had different units in the same building. It’s a great property. Quiet but close enough to many great places to eat, super market and drug store. We walked out to the point for sunset the first day after we arrived. The unit has its own private laundry room just outside the entrance to unit. Which was very convenient. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. We will definitely stay in this unit again if we come to key largo. Our favorite place to eat was the fish house. Fantastic food. Great sunset location for drinks was Snooks and Loralei Restraunt and cabana bar. Norman the host was great and even met us at check in to make sure we knew how to operate everything in the unit.

Amazing place with spectacular view and host.

This is a wonderfully appointed property, fully stocked with everything you need to start your vacation right. The location is nearly impossible to beat, with an overview of a marina and the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable beds, kitchen, and bathrooms made adjusting easy and the convenient parking and elevator were a plus. Most importantly, communication with the host was superior. Norman made sure everything was clear and easy, well before we arrived and throughout our stay. His team was courteous and responsive as well. 6 out 5 stars!!!!

Incredible even with hurricane Milton

We recently stayed at a beautiful rental in the Kawama ( a private community) in Key Largo, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is ideal—just a short drive to all the best spots in Key Largo, but the private community makes it feel like a true escape from the everyday. The price for the stay was more than reasonable, especially given the range of amenities available. The Kawama resort itself is fantastic. The pools are well-maintained, and having access to the private lagoon was such a nice touch for a peaceful afternoon by the water. There’s also a marina, and the grounds are perfect for taking leisurely strolls or just relaxing in the serene environment. We felt like we had everything we needed right on the property. A special shoutout to Norman, the owner of the units we stayed in. His communication was excellent from the moment we booked—friendly, prompt, and always willing to answer any questions we had. It’s clear that he takes great care of his properties and guests. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with Hurricane Milton, which was definitely a nerve-wracking experience. However, I have to commend how safe we felt throughout the storm. The building and community are clearly well-prepared for such events. We were impressed with how secure and resilient the property felt during such an intense weather event. All in all, this was an amazing trip, and we’ll definitely be returning to Kawama the next time we’re in the Keys. The combination of amenities

Great great place everything you could want from the bikes to the pools. It was windy and i was glad there was ao many things to do on site. Highly recommend. Only down side was the ac stopped working on the last day. Otherwise very happy.

Loved this key largo property. Many options, pools, lagoon, access to sea. Great recommendations from property managers for fresh seafood! Only complaint was the lack of extra toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls.

Great condo, great complex, great location!

We had an incredible time in Key Largo and our condo had a lot to do with it. Norman is the property manager and he's as thorough and responsive as you could ask for. We chose this unit in the Kawama complex because the listing mentioned free use of kayaks, paddle boards, tennis rackets, and lots of other great items. Norman showed us how to access all these amenities and we had a lot of fun and saved some money and inconvenience in bringing rackets, balls, etc. The unit itself had plenty of space, an amazing view, and a great kitchen that was also fully stocked with anything you could need over a few days. We would definitely recommend and will not even search for a place to rent the next time we visit, it will be straight to one of Norman's units in Kawama!!
