We were delayed in getting to the property, so it was dark when we arrived. The instructions from the property manager gave an address of the neighborhood but no actual house number. I attempted to contact via text and phone but received no response from the owners so we were only left with trying our door codes on two different houses that looked empty hoping we could locate our rental. It was very stressful for four women to attempt to open the door of a dark house at night. We located our rental on the second try, thank goodness. Overall, the property is very nice and a good location. It did lack any type of bar soap or body wash in any of the bathrooms plus no coffee, not even a limited K-cup or two. I attempted to contact the property manager again on the second day, but again no response. I would not recommend any properties by this group given the zero out of 10 customer service. ##### S J.
