There are life jackets for convenience. We kayaked from the beach and grilled out in the common area by clubhouse. The amenities were amazing and we took advantage of them. The property is extremely friendly and just a wonderful place to be. We enjoyed the sunsets nightly and mingling on the dock. It is so picturesque! My son also enjoyed playing basketball on the court. We hope to return here again in the future. It was convenient, beautiful and just a wonderful place to call home for a week! Our condo has the best view. Everything is clean and accessible to lots of restaurants and close to John Pennekamp park where we went on a glass bottom boat tour. Kayaks are available at the condo for use as well. We like to come here in February each year. The pool was recently refurbished and I understand that the management is always keeping things up to date and clean . We took advantage of all the amenities. Lots of fishing from the docks, caught a nurse shark and many other types of fish! Basketball, tennis, table tennis, kayaking, and fishing to name a few. Loved winding down and roasting marshmallows by the fire at night. The condo had everything. Plenty of space for our family of 5\. It was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a great view of the ocean, and the entire property is welcoming. The owners were very responsive to all communications, and even though we had no problems, I felt like if we did, they would be there to help. The condo was well equipped so that we really didn’t need to bring much. We didn’t use the facilities or the kayaks but we could’ve. We were within walking distance of a few places to get drinks or food but you would need a rental car to get to most restaurants or to enjoy the other keys. Sunsets were the highlight of any evening, either from our windows or from the boat docks in front of the resort. We were glad to have a secure, covered parking place for our car. Yvonne responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely want to rent here again. ##### Greta H.
