Discover the beauty of Key Largo from this newly renovated adorable 1-bedroom with a queen size bed, living room has sofa that opens up as a sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for your culinary needs, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and flatware. We have very spacious bathroom, with towels and linens which are provided for your comfort.
at Key Largo Kampground and Marina Resort we have 24 security gate.
We are with in walking distance to Publix Supermarket,TJMaxx and Burlington,John Pennekamp State Park, deep sea Fishing, Diving and Snorkel Charter boats and first class Restaurants.

There's a BBQ Grill and a relaxing seating area and if you happen to fish and bring back a Key Largo "catch" you can grill it on site or take it to a local restaurant where they will cook it to your liking.

Entertainment have TVs equipped with cable—one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Enjoy meals in the dining area, or unwind in the spacious living room. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout your stay.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in our unit or you can also use the laundrymat at the campground, and parking space is provided .

You can venture outside and sit on our patio or enjoy the amenities offered by the campground, marina, boat ramp, and ice supply. Take advantage of the free WiFi hotspot and playground. Enjoy the outdoors with access to two beaches, a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, horseshoe court, shuffleboard court, volleyball court, bocce ball, and basketball court. Stock up on essentials at the general store, or relax in the open-air lounge.


Guest Registration and Check-In Process:

Rental and Guest Registration Form: Guests are required to submit the Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground.

Days prior to your arrival I will send you information for check in as well as access code for the units keys , this will insure contactless entry.

Office Registration: All renters and guests must personally register with a Reservation Specialist upon arrival.

Photo ID Requirement: Renters and guests must provide a valid photo ID at the time of registration, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration form.

Late Submission Fee: If a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $25.00, which will then be charged to the guest.

Check-In Information:Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations.

Rules and Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to all rules listed in the provided campground Rules and Regulations document, with particular attention to the Quiet Hour rule, which prohibits loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.

Check-In Times: Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please coordinate with us in advance if you require an earlier check-in. No check-in will be available after 10:00 PM.

Occupancy Limit: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 people.

Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground

• If you need to use the public boat slips:
• Daily rates: $40-$47 plus tax
• Ramp fee: $25 one-time

Important Notes:

Nature Surroundings: Our property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. While we maintain a monthly pest control service, guests may still encounter bugs, especially after prolonged periods of rain. Please keep windows and doors closed, and outdoor lights off when not in use, as they tend to attract bugs.
