This home has a 60 foot dock with Davits on a deep water canal with ocean access 15 minutes away. Home has a wrap around balcony on 2nd floor and a 3rd level roof top sun deck. Open kitchen has stainless steel appliances with plenty of cabinets and a cooking island. Great quiet neighborhood in a family friendly area. It was in a great location. It was perfect for our 24 foot Robalo. The pool was great. The pool table was even better. The house was gorgeous. The canal was a little tricky but manageable the more we learned it. The downstairs full bath was great. The outside ice machine was a game changer most days.
